Republic Day Flag Hoisting

The second day of the Community Living Camp began with the Republic Day flag hoisting ceremony. The flag was hoisted with pride and patriotism, accompanied by the national anthem sung by the participants. This ceremony instilled a sense of national pride and unity among the trainees.
Session I: Innovative Changes in the Field of Employment

Speaker: Sri. Ashok Kumar (Town Employment Officer, Kadakkal)
Sri. Ashok Kumar conducted an insightful session on the innovative changes in the field of employment. He highlighted the evolving job market trends, the impact of technology on employment, and the new opportunities arising in various sectors. The session was highly informative, providing the trainees with a broader understanding of the current employment landscape.
Tea Break and Interactive Session

After the session on employment, participants enjoyed a tea break. This was followed by an interactive session with Dr. N. Noufal (Asst. Prof. SN Open University) on the secrets of loving, living, and teaching. Dr. Noufal's engaging approach and practical advice on maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life were well-received by the trainees.
Session II: Legal Awareness
