Week 8 (Dec 6 - 12 )

 Last week of the First phase of teaching practice  It was the last week of the school internship program. The first phase of the school internship program ended on 12 December. I conducted an achievement test. Students have written their answers well. I liked it. The students said that my classes were good. 12 Tuesday was the last day. I asked the students to write feedback on my class. Their responses made me happy. The school internship program was a wonderful experience. The school was very cooperative. I have learned many things these days. This helped us to understand the functioning and various activities in the school.  The internship also helped me to improve myself. My teaching skills and confidence have improved a lot. The experience and knowledge gained from the school internship will benefit me in the future. I am very happy to get this opportunity.

 Title: Innovative Model of the Respiratory System for Class 9th: Breathing for Energy Introduction: The respiratory system is a crucial part of the human body responsible for breathing, the process of exchanging oxygen and carbon dioxide. Understanding its mechanism is fundamental for students, especially in class 9th, to comprehend how our body acquires energy through respiration. In this project, an innovative working model of the respiratory system has been created using simple household materials to demonstrate the process of breathing and its relation to energy production. Materials Used: 1) Plastic bottle (500ml) 2) Paper straw 3) Balloons (2) 4) Twine 5) Scissors 6) Marker pen 7) Tape 8) Glue Procedure: Preparation: Gather all the materials required for the project.  This week's teaching practice in the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program involved guiding students through complex topics related to kidney health, biological classification, and virology. Here, I reflect on the two distinct lesson plans executed during the week: one focusing on kidney disease, hemodialysis, and kidney transplantation in the 9th standard, and the other covering the 5 Kingdom Classification using the Concept Attainment Model and the concept of viruses in the 8th standard. This week's teaching practice underscored the importance of adapting instructional strategies to effectively engage students and foster meaningful learning experiences across diverse topics and grade levels.
